Returns

At Alurase, your satisfaction is important to us. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at info.alurase1@gmail.com with your order number.

Damages & Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 15 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, and plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and sale items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled by returning the original item and placing a new order once your refund has been processed.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, as long as the items meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a non-refundable service fee of $7.99. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at info.alurase1@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; however, a non-refundable service charge of $4.99 applies. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return policy instead. Please note that certain promotions or special offers may include exceptions.
